HellooExpert was launched in January 2021 and are providing domestic and commercial technical services on the doorstep. HellooExpert’s aim is to provide quality services to users and on the other side better income to the service experts.
To provide users and service experts with an eCommerce platform for customers to book services and
for service experts to attend the booking through online as per client’s requirement.
To provide a hassle-free module between users and service experts that go through multiple
confirmations.
To provide a platform for users, service experts and admin that are interconnected and secured.
Designed and Developed a cross platform web application that is browser compatible and mobile
responsive.
Putting the user experience as prime approach, we built an interface that take a customer through an
interactive home page for booking various technical services and clean booking process.
A profile dashboard for users has been provided, where users can update their profile, look out at their
booking status and confirm the booking date and time for service expert to take action. The users also
can rate on 1 to 5 based on technical service provided by the service expert.
A profile dashboard as a web application and as a mobile application for service experts to update their
profile, choose the service expertise, upload AADHAR and pan card details, get notified by the user
booking based on the area pincode and to confirm the bookings made by users. The user can also download
the copy of respective booking invoice(s) via pdf format.
A dashboard for admin to scrutinize the service experts profiles before appointing the partner and to
monitor the live status of the bookings based on the filtered categories like service category, date and
booking status.
Currently, the web application is online and registered by service experts from different parts of the city and the number of users booking the services are increasing each day strongly with satisfied reviews and ratings. The web application has shown fast response on all browsers and providing a hassle-free experience.
